The Super Admin Cockpit operates at the highest governing level. It enables trust boards to manage multiple school campuses, configure 12A/80G tax exemption numbers, provision campus-level principal accounts, and oversee unified student rosters under a single sovereign portal.
2. Campus Operations & Batch Transitions
School Principals and Deans use the Sub-Admin Portal to manage campus academic operations, import student cohorts via bulk CSV ingestion, record achievements, and execute 1-click batch graduations that automatically transition students into verified alumni profiles.
3. Alumni Community & Career Network
Verified graduates access a private mobile web application offering professional job referrals, 1-on-1 student mentorship bookings, campus memory archives, and seamless philanthropic contributions.
4. Automated Indian Section 80G Tax Philanthropy
The integrated philanthropy engine accepts donations via UPI, Cards, and Net Banking, validates donor PAN numbers against ITD standards, and instantly issues digitally signed Section 80G tax-deductible PDF receipts with Form 10BD export readiness.
